How to Use a Capo For Dummies

Using a capo on your guitar raises the pitch of the guitar's open strings, so you can use open chords to play in any key. This video lesson demonstrates how to use capos of various kinds: plastic-band, clamp, or screw-on.

    Where do you get this word ‘cayepoe’. The word is a diminutive of the Italian word ‘capotasto’, pronounced with a hard ‘a’ as in ‘arsehole’. Do some research – twat.

    hey. i have juz bought a capo which is by using a clamp, it is quite tight. will the strings broke? can anyone answer me?:)

    if you put your on like he does @ 2:00 it will sound like bloody hell, it must be straight, and you can put it almost on top of the fret.
